Em and Ian were one of my first booked couples in 2015 for their wedding photography in Hereford for 2016 and throughout the long wait to their wedding day, we’d always talked about winter weddings and in particular the S word… snow. I think secretly both had hoped for a sprinkling just to top their day off.
As it happened their wedding day was possibly the wettest and rainiest day we’ve had this year and from the moment I got up in the morning, until I got home from the Three Counties Hotel in Hereford late in the evening after a full day, the rain didn’t stop.
Now of course for a wedding day that means you’re a bit more limited with regards to outdoor photographs but that certainly doesn’t stop the party rolling inside, and for sure Em and Ian’s wedding was a great way to ease belatedly in to the New Year with family and friends enjoying their fantastic day in fine style.
The day passed off in great fashion and much praise should go to the staff at the hotel who were particularly friendly and helpful along with the registrars who were super friendly and very Photographer friendly.
Here’s a sneaky peek of some of the photos from the day…
