Sometimes an hour is all you need!

It’s cold, the car needs de-icing and the weather forecast looks pretty ordinary - having watched it predict fog for the past few days only for it to show a ‘full sun’ symbol the night before.

I don’t have much inclination to go out and spend the morning with the camera. But, I did wander out with my little Nikon ZFC and the diminutive 16-50 lens, just for a bit of fun. I’m glad I did to be honest, I came away feeling refreshed at being out in the local woodland which always works for me and I managed to shoot one or two frames that I’m really happy with.

In truth I didn’t expect much, particularly as I was travelling light but sometimes conditions conspire to just give you that little bit of motivation you need.

Here’s a few images from an hour out.
